VENICE — Code Magistrate Patrick Reilly said his hands are tied, precluding entry of an order to demolish or repair a dilapidated building in Venice’s Edgewood neighborhood that first came to the attention of Code Compliance in 2024.
Reilly’s first hearing on the violation was last September.
