A Lehigh Valley Mexican restaurant is offering its signature birria tacos and more at its new Bethlehem location.
La Cocina del Abuelo held a soft opening Thursday at 81 W. Broad St., co-owner Greenberg Lemus said, where customers can order tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos, churros, Mexican burgers and chimichangas.
It’s the second Grandpa’s Kitchen for Lemus, who opened La Cocina del Abuelo in 2022 at 621 W. Hamilton St. in Allentown, where it will continue to operate.
