CareCuts Expansion on Clinton Highway Approved Despite Neighbor Concerns

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – A planning commission approved a proposal for a new homeless resource center on Clinton Highway Thursday despite opposition from nearby residents and business owners who raised safety concerns.
