Cooler and a stretch of dry weather for the week

We will be monitoring the arrival of a much colder and drier airmass that is expected to move in. This will usher in cooler temperatures, a welcome change from recent highs, and drier conditions that will likely remain in place through next week. We’re expecting breezy to windy conditions, especially with strong north winds prevailing through Monday. These dry and breezy conditions over the weekend will also heighten concerns for wildfire risk, so please be extra cautious. This transition means we will say goodbye to the severe weather threat and hello to much more settled, albeit cooler, weather as we head into the new week.
