ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -St Louis Department of Human Services will have additional emergency shelters on Saturday starting at 6 p.m. due to colder temperatures.
With temperatures set to drop to 25 degrees Fahrenheit, St. Louis has activated Level 3 of its Code Blue, which makes 335 beds available.
