SHREVEPORT, La. — Organizers have extended the registration deadline for the 38th Annual African American Parade Celebration in Shreveport.
Interested participants can still get the application online or pick one up at Shoppers Value Foods. The parade is recognized as one of the largest African American parade celebrations in the country.
