A three-alarm fire displaced 17 people from a mixed-use residential building in Passaic on Saturday, Jan. 10, according to city officials and the American Red Cross.
The fire broke out at 46 Quincy Ave., where a grocery store is on the first level and multi-family homes are on the upper levels, Mayor Hector Carlos Lora said. All 17 occupants were accounted for following the blaze.
