One dead, another in custody after fight at a party escalates into shooting

KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A fight at a party lead to a shooting that killed a 33-year-old man on Saturday morning.

Township of Kalamazoo Police Department officers responded to the Wildwood Off Main Apartments and found a 33-year-old Kalamazoo man with gunshot wounds early in the morning on Saturday, according to officers.

Emergency responders took him to the hospital where he later died.
