LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The Old Town General Store will close its doors at the end of March after 13 years in business, owner Rhea Van Atta announced Wednesday.
Van Atta, who has owned the store for 13 years, said the decision took her three years to make and was not related to the business’s performance.
“Lost a lot of sleep over this before this announcement went out, and I’m glad that I’ve done it though,” Van Atta said. “And then in the time that I’ve been in business for 13 years, life’s changed and things evolve, and priorities change, families grow.”…
