Most zoning cases postponed at quiet Lexington planning subcommittee meeting

LEXINGTON — The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Planning Commission’s Zoning Committee took little substantive action Thursday, postponing nearly all zoning cases on its January agenda and hearing only a brief update from one residential developer.

The committee met Jan. 8 at the Phoenix Building and adjourned after about 10 minutes, with planning staff confirming that no new zoning map amendments were ready for consideration and that most pending cases remain unresolved.
