A 23-year-old Immokalee man faces charges in the traffic death of a bicyclist Jan. 9 in Collier County.
Silvestre Jeconias Mejia Velasquez was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe west on State Road 29, approaching Hancock Street, about 10:55 p.m., Florida Highway Patrol said.
