AUSTIN (KXAN) — In an effort to help resolve complaints collaboratively and respectfully, Austin Police Oversight announced the launch of the Complaint Mediation Program.
In partnership with the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) and Austin Police Department (APD), the free online program is said to offer professional mediators to help parties share perspectives and reach agreed solutions.
