U.S. Marshals on Thursday arrested 35-year-old Quintin Mullen of Yorkville.
The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office says Mullen was taken into custody for failure to register as a violent offender against youth. The arrest followed an investigation by the sheriff’s office.
