OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Here are a few items on the agenda for Tuesday’s Omaha City Council meeting.
- Nos. 41-43: Three appointments to the Blackstone Business Improvement Board.
- No. 44: A resolution vote to settle with a woman for $112,500. She was involved in a crash in 2023 with a city vehicle that ran a stop sign, claiming she has permanent injuries.
- Nos. 47-53: Public hearings on School Resource Officer agreements with OPS, Elkhorn Schools, Millard Schools, and Westside Schools.
- No. 75: A first reading on using $406K in TIF to build affordable homes near 33rd and Miami Streets.
- No. 77: A first reading on using $1.182M in TIF to redevelop a site near 24th and Ohio streets.
