BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Buncombe County is creating its first Pedestrian Plan in hopes of making pedestrian travel easier in unincorporated areas.
According to a release, the plan will outline a vision for sidewalks and crosswalks to guide future infrastructure improvements that connect neighborhoods to key places.
