NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A traffic stop in Edgefield County turned into a high-speed chase that ended in North Augusta after a crash.
Initially, an Edgefield County deputy stopped a car on Sweetwater Road near the county line, then the car fled towards North Augusta, according to the sheriff’s office.
