Erie County restaurant inspections for Dec. 16, 2025, to Jan. 9, 2026

At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Dec. 16 to Jan 9.

2 critical violations

KFC, 5933 Peach St., Millcreek Township. (No chemical sanitizer being used on equipment and utensils after washing and rinsing, before use; Raw chicken on sheet trays found at 44-45 degrees.) Also, four noncritical violations. Jan. 6.

Union City Moose Club, 3 Perry St., Union City Boro. (Handwash sink was being used as a food preparation sink as evidenced by observed food in the sink; Food in freezer found freezer-burned, other expired goods.) Jan. 7

Windsor Hospitality, 8040 Oliver Road, Summit Township. (Main cooler was holding at 57 degrees during inspection; chlorine concentration in the sanitizing solution at concentrations outside the required range) Jan. 6
