Blue Pacific Grill, a popular restaurant in Perrysburg’s Levis Commons, lets diners create their own meal, just the way they like it. For fresh and tasty food, with a wide range of options, this Pan-Pacific restaurant is a great choice.
As a part of the Perrysburg community for almost 20 years, Blue Pacific Grill is not just a restaurant but a friendly gathering spot. The family that owns the eatery places a strong emphasis on making everyone feel welcome and connected, which is a significant factor in their continued success
Since 2006
Co-owner Kirk Falknor shared the history of his family’s commitment to the business:
“We took over Blue Pacific Grill in late 2006 after the previous owners faced financial difficulties. Our son and daughter were among the first employees who were hired when the restaurant and Levis Commons opened to the public.” He noted the draw to customization. “Our family had past restaurant experience and liked the concept of allowing customers to create their own dishes, so we purchased the business,” he said.
Since taking over, the Falknors have focused on making the experience even better, adding more fresh options, spices and sauces. It is that dedication to quality and experience that keeps them going. “Our staff goes above and beyond to make each customer’s experience special, and the positive feedback we receive is what keeps us going,” Kirk added.
Designed for comfort and connection
The atmosphere at Blue Pacific Grill is quite inviting, offering a bright, casual and comfortable setting, perfect for a relaxed family dinner or a low-key evening out. The noise level is generally low, making it easy to enjoy conversation without shouting, whether you are across the table from a date or fielding children’s requests.
The brilliance of this restaurant lies in its concept: a completely customizable meal. This is why it’s an ideal choice for both date nights and family outings. When you order, you choose a base (white rice, fried rice, or fettuccine noodles), a protein (chicken, beef, or seafood—or all three, if you’d like!), vegetables, spices, and finally, a sauce, for complete control over your meal. This level of customization helps parents be more certain that unwanted items are not included in a child’s dish…
