Man charged in Christmas Day homicide at south St. Louis gas station

ST. LOUIS — Police arrested a suspect involved in the Christmas Day homicide at a gas station in St. Louis’ Bevo Mill neighborhood.

Dalair Jefferson, 26, was arrested on Jan. 6 for the death of 68-year-old Albert Willis, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. The Circuit Attorney’s Office elected to issue charges against Jefferson for first-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
