Semi‑truck driver arrested on suspicion of DUI in Lyon County

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A semi‑truck driver was arrested in Kansas this weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On Sunday, deputies with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to Interstate 35 for a report of a reckless semi.

Deputies pulled the truck over and “developed probable cause to believe the driver was under the influence of alcohol.”
