CENTRAL CITY, Colo. (KDVR) — The city of Central City has filed an injunction against a cabaret and steakhouse, which has been open just a few months.
Rick’s Cabaret and Steakhouse opened on Main Street in Central City during the summer of 2025.

The injunction, which was filed by the city on Dec. 23, 2025 stated in part:
“Rick’s Cabaret is an adult theater, one kind of sexually oriented business, that regularly violates the licensing requirement, the hours regulation, and conduct restrictions.”…
