BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman who was walking outside of a crosswalk on South Union Avenue was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
California Highway Patrol officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of South Union Avenue, near Garden Drive, around 6:17 a.m. for the report of someone being struck by a vehicle.
