Boston, Massachusetts – A potentially disruptive winter storm could affect Massachusetts from Wednesday, Jan. 14, through Friday, Jan. 17, bringing the risk of accumulating snow, gusty winds, and hazardous travel across much of the state.

According to the National Weather Service Weather Prediction Center, Massachusetts is currently within a 20 to 40 percent probability range for impactful winter weather as an upper-level low strengthens over the Great Lakes and tracks into the Northeast.
