NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX) – A 20-year-old man is under arrest, accused of making social media posts threatening to kill North College Hill police officers, court records show.
North College Hill Police Chief Craig Chaney personally wrote and signed Sunday’s sworn statement outlining the case against Qwinton Heeney.
He is charged with a felony count of “making terroristic threat.”…
