Deputies Arrest Cherry Creek Man for Starting Pair of Altercations

A Cherry Creek man faces several charges after he allegedly started two altercations on Saturday. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies and State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks responded to a call for service in the hamlet shortly before 10:00 PM. Deputies say an investigation found that 37-year-old Ryan See caused numerous injuries during the first altercation, restrained the victim from fleeing the area, and threatened their life. See then left the area, then without provocation, allegedly began an altercation with a nearby neighbor. Deputies took See into custody, and while he was being transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, he allegedly intentionally smeared his blood throughout the patrol vehicle in an attempt to expose deputies to his blood and cause an inconvenience.
