LARWILL – A Larwill man was arrested for allegedly using a belt to batter a young child.
Trey A. Seban, 29, 1235 N. SR 5, Larwill, is charged with two counts of battery resulting in bodily injury to a person under the age of 14, both level 5 felonies.
