ASHEBORO — A documentary titled “Rising Above Helene” will be shown later this month at the Randolph County Agricultural Center.
Randolph County is partnering with the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners in showing the documentary. The screening will be held at 6 p.m. Jan. 30.
