Nearly 25% of all illegal voting in the state happened in North Alabama.
That’s according to new data released Monday by Secretary of State Wes Allen. Allen previously announced his office removed 186 non-citizens illegally registered to vote from voter rolls in the state.
Of those 186, Allen said 25 of those non-citizens also actually cast ballots in elections. Details on when those votes were cast or what races that were in have not yet been released…
