Rochester, N.Y. — Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrest of an Afghan man accused of entering the country illegally.
ICE said Waheed Allah Mohammad was arrested Jan. 1 in Rochester.
Mohammad was previously sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempted murder and felony assault convictions in 2008…
