HAMPTON, Va. — All eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel have reopened after being closed Monday morning due to a crash, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
While traffic is now moving through the area in the City of Hampton, motorists should still expect significant delays as congestion clears. Emergency crews have cleared the crash scene, but backups remain in the eastbound lanes.
