A man from Massachusetts won $1 million playing the lottery and called it the prize of “a lifetime.”
Thomas Pyle, of Norwell, won $1 million from the “$25,000,000 Mega Money” scratch ticket game. There’s still eight $1 million prizes remaining to be claimed in the game as of Jan. 12, along with three $2 million and all three $25 million grand prizes.
Pyle chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. He told the lottery he wants to take a trip and do some home renovations with the winnings…
