Demand from a surge in West Michigan construction projects has pushed Eckhoff & DeVries Painting and Wallcovering Inc. to quadruple its headquarters space.
The commercial painting company purchased a 16,680-square-foot building just south of Grand Rapids at 3983 Linden Ave. SE in the city of Wyoming for $935,000 in August 2025, according to property records. The move expands the company’s headquarters to keep up with demand from clients.
