MONTVILLE TWP. — Early Saturday morning, the Medina Fire Department responded to a fire in Montville Township.
The fire department responded to an address on Blue Heron Trace for the early morning structure fire. Medina Fire Chief Larry Walters said the call came in at 5:54 a.m., with the responding fire crews arriving on scene in around 10 minutes.
In a release posted on Facebook, the fire department said engine 2 and chief 1 arrived and found heavy fire and smoke from the back of the building. Engine 2 worked from the exterior to control the heavy fire in the rear, as the roof had already collapsed in that area of the building…
