Ohio murder suspect arrested in Rockford after ex-wife and her husband found dead

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A man wanted for the slaying of his ex-wife and her husband in Ohio has been arrested in Rockford.

According to WCMH, court records from Franklin County, Ohio, show Michael McKee, 39, has been charged with two counts of murder after his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, 39, and her husband, Spencer Tepe, 37, were found shot to death on December 30 in Columbus.

Authorities said they were able to identify a suspect in the shootings through neighborhood surveillance video. The vehicle was later found in Rockford. McKee was arrested Saturday morning, according to an affidavit released this morning.
