SEDGWICK COUNTY —A wanted Kansas suspect captured at a motel in Colorado in July will face a jury trial on Monday.
Ryan Antalek, 40, Wichita will appear in Judge Sean Hatfield’s courtroom, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
He is charged with criminal discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, stalking, two counts of criminal threat, and criminal damage to property, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
In July of 2024, the Pueblo County Colorado Sheriff’s communication center received a tip that Antalek was possibly staying at the Days Inn in Colorado City, according to a media release from the sheriff’s office…
