ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A jury on Friday convicted an Albuquerque man of abusing his 2-month-old baby.

Jesse Levario was found guilty of two counts of child abuse resulting in great bodily harm and one count of child abuse.
In September 2022, Levario brought his baby to the hospital for a leg injury, and doctors discovered the infant had a broken leg.
