Trumbull County Prosecutor Dennis Watkins is again opposing parole for a man convicted in the 1976 killing of a Lake Milton tavern owner.
In a January letter to the Ohio Adult Parole Authority, Watkins urged the board to deny parole to Gary Betz, 72, who is serving a 22-year-to-life sentence for the robbery and murder of Ron Goche.
