ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The former Village Wayside Bar & Grille property in Biltmore Village, originally built as the Southern Railway Depot, has been purchased by a local investor.
The 2,826-square-foot property, located at 30 Lodge Street, sustained severe flood damage during Hurricane Helene on Sept. 27, 2024.
