A 30-year-old has been charged in a 2024 Birmingham shooting that caused the death of another man more than a year after the victim was injured.
Shaun Miguel Collins is charged with criminally negligent homicide in the slaying of 34-year-old Kentez Jamar Cunningham, according to newly released court records.
