Weeks after Value City Furniture filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the chain officially announced going out of business sales and the shut down of all of their stores, according to a letter on the VCF website.
Last November, its parent company, American Signature Inc. of Columbus, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
