PRINCETON, Ind. (WEVV) — Gov. Mike Braun and local leaders celebrated the expansion of workforce housing in Princeton with the ribbon cutting of The District Phase II.
The development, supported by a READI 2.0 investment, added 110 new apartments, providing more housing options near Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana.
“By partnering with local leaders and job creators, we’re expanding housing supply and strengthening communities across Indiana,” Braun said. “Our $3 million investment unlocked $14 million of private funds that are helping Hoosier workers find affordable housing.”…
