The district judge set to hear the Kevin Seelinger case in the fatal shooting of Marchello Woodard has recused himself.
Seelinger is the parole officer facing homicide and other criminal charges after a parole compliance check for Woodard went very wrong last July 2, the case setting off months of community cries for justice.
