CUTLER BAY, Fla. — A man was arrested Monday in connection with a road rage shooting that occurred Sunday night in Cutler Bay, authorities said.
Cristopher Portillo, 37, of Cutler Bay, was arrested early Monday morning on a charge of shooting or throwing a deadly missile.
