MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Questions are being raised about the “Stand Your Ground” law in Tennessee after a man who fatally shot an intruder in his home was charged with voluntary manslaughter.
“I’m a good person, you know? Never been in trouble, never been locked up, never shot anyone or anything,” said Marques Griffin, who fatally shot an Intruder in his home, charged with voluntary manslaughter.
It was around 2:30 Thursday morning when Griffin said he heard a noise inside his home on the 1200 block of Robin Hood Lane.
