Man charged with weapons offenses after bringing gun into N.J. mall, police say

Two men carried handguns inside the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall in Paramus last month and one of them has now been arrested and jailed on weapons charges, police said.

Jamal Clark, 21, of Newark, is charged with second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and second-degree possession of a weapon without a permit.
