Nashville mayor weighs in as residents resent rezoning

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Metro Nashville Council Members have passed multiple Davidson County-wide rezoning policy changes that have some neighbors “heated.”

Council Member Jennifer Gamble was behind a lot of the policy changes and now leads an effort to add 38 new homes to West Campbell Road in Goodlettsville, despite a triple-digit signature petition from neighbors against it.

That 38-home proposal passed the Metro Planning Commission during a six-hour meeting last week. It now heads to Metro Council for final approvals…
