Vandals stole copper wire from Sacramento Regional Transit’s Gold Line SacRT officials said Monday morning, shutting down a lengthy stretch of the route with no word on when service will resume.
Buses are being used to carry passengers between 13th Street in downtown Sacramento to Sac RT’s Power Inn station near the intersection of Power Inn Road and Folsom Boulevard while crews work to restore service, transit officials said in a social media post.
