Former Town of Bayside employee charged with theft has case set for motion

A former employee of the Town of Bayside charged with felony theft by a public servant now has her case set for motion on an upcoming court docket, according to the district attorney’s office.

Misty Anne Minshew faces a charge of theft by a public servant involving property valued between $30,000 and $150,000. She was booked into the Refugio County Jail on July 17 and released the following day after posting $100,000 bail, according to the Refugio County Sheriff’s Office.
