Oklahoma Highway Patrol seeks help in locating driver from fatal hit-and-run near Norman

NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help to locate a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run near Norman.

Troopers responded to a fatal hit-and-run collision around 7:30 a.m. on 192nd Ave SE south of Alameda Street near Norman.

OHP said investigators believe a black Chevrolet Silverado was being pulled southbound using only a chain when it disconnected from the towing vehicle. The Silverado crossed the centerline and struck another vehicle head-on, killing the driver.
