(WLUK) — A state agency has launched formal investigations into a Brown County contractor that FOX 11 Investigates has been reporting on for the past month.
Chad Schampers and his attorney have downplayed and denied disputes involving customers and former employees. But online court records show Schampers had nine lawsuits filed against him and/or his company, Top Ranked LLC, last year.
